Words of Faith
New! “Love others as unto the Lord”
February is a month that is known for “love”. Love is celebrated more than any other month when people show their love and that they care with hearts, flowers, cards, and candy on Valentine’s Day.
Do you love the Lord Your God? I am unashamed to say I do. I love the Lord every second, minute, hour, day, month, and year!
Deuteronomy 6:5 says, “…and you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your might.”
We are also asked to love others as unto the Lord. Be kind, patient, and advocate all the fruits of the Holy Spirit with your loved ones every day as unto the love you have for the Lord. I encourage you to renew your mind and spirit daily by studying the Word so you can operate in the Spirit of God with your love for others.
Valentine’s Day should be 365 days a year for the children of God and those who abide in Him and the fruit of love. Sometimes we make the mistake of neglect in showing others love “as unto the Lord”. But, that’s okay because we can repent and start again.
Some of us have relationships with your family, spouse, fiancé, employer, friends, children, and others whom we care for that are estranged or troubled right now and the fruit of love is not flowing in our relationships. I encourage you to say this prayer so the Lord can begin to heal those relationships and heal you.
Lord thank you for all of your love and the grace to love others “as unto you”. I ask you to heal all areas of my relationships and revive the right spirit in me, my loved ones, and others in my life. Specifically with ________, whom I love and care for. Father, move and destroy every weak area that is producing fruit contrary to your Word which instructs us all to love. You made me from love and created me to dwell in love. I know this is your will for me and you will not change your mind.
Thank you Lord for loving me unconditionally every moment of my life.
In Jesus name,
May God bless you with love, peace, joy, and happiness this month of February as you abide in Him and His Word. Everything will be okay!

“Blessed are those who serve others”
Be sensitive. Perceive, know, and understand that some people is going through some valleys in their life right now. Be kind to everyone because you do not know what they are going through and your kindness may be the strength that they need for the hour or day to keep them from going under.
Some of us have much strength and our kindness can be enough to make someone’s day blessed beyond what they could’ve ever thought.
I do a lot of pastoral counseling and I am asked all the time how do I do what I do and stay strong and focused? The Word of God says that we must “decrease so that He may increase” (John 3:30). It is not me that is doing the work of helping others but Christ in me. I love being a servant of God! The Lord supplies everything you need to do what He has asked you to do! Amen?
Be encouraged today and encourage others. Be a good servant of the Lord and tend to his sheep and be kind to them and He will handle your cares and needs.
